Realistically, you already have a sense of the customer service skills that you’re going to need, it’s just a matter of figuring out what you need to do to get a business plan in place. You’re already going to know how to support your clients; the right business training and support will enable you to know how to draw those clients in.
In other words, when you start to think about becoming a virtual assistant, one of the things that you’re going to find is that you are in a position to put your own skills to work. Instead of struggling to get your business up and running, what you’re going to find is that you’re in a position to pull it all together – it’s just a matter of getting the right support.
