Rather than having to guess what your clients are going to want from you, you can be sure that you are meeting their expectations up front. Rather than thinking about offering more options that you feel comfortable with while running a VA business, you can be sure that you aren’t over-extending and taking on tasks that you don’t enjoy or don’t have a knack for.
