Virtual Assistant Marketing: What Works?
One of the things that you’re going to want to be sure of when you are marketing your virtual assistant business is that you are discovering methods and tools that are going to be effective. Simply put, what good is your virtual assistant marketing going to be if you’re using methods that don’t help to attract clients?
When you are marketing your virtual assistant business, you’ll find that it’s a good idea to talk with other virtual assistants to see what’s worked for them (beyond, of course, the obvious web site/business card/flyer type of marketing). You’re going to want to think about what you need to do to reach the right professionals. You’re going to want to think about those marketing tools that are less common – those that doen’t take a great deal of effort but that can ensure that you’re reaching out effectively.
Virtual assistant marketing is, after all, a bit of a balancing act. When you are marketing your business, it’s important to know that you’re going to be getting the best possible results for the work that you’re doing. In other words, you’re going to want to be sure that you’re finding the methods and tools that will ensure the success of your business.

Interesting advice. Do you find that most VAs in an already-tough market are willing to share?
