Becoming a virtual assistant does take some work in addition to the experience that you have:

One of the things that you are going to find when you make the choice to become a virtual assistant is that the tools and resources that you need are already out there – it’s up to you thought to get out there and to take advantage of them. When you’re still trying to decide whether or not to become a virtual assistant, the best thing that you can do is to start taking a look at those resources to determine whether or not you can make them work for you.
