Here&#039;s why: people who are &quot;looking&quot; don&#039;t read brochures; they&#039;re already too stressed (as evidenced by the fact that they are looking). So the presentation has to be &quot;good&quot; (whatever THAT means), but the content is . . . not being read.

Fun game we&#039;re all playing, huh?
